The Objective of the KES Old Boys Association is to ensure that All Old Boys and friends of the school are aware of all the great things happening on a continuous basis at KES. The Kes Old Boys association is the glue that holds all those who have passed through the school with those still involved in the school. As an association we are proud & passionate about what King Edward VII School Continues to achieve. Our role is to provide a platform through which Old Boys can be reintroduced to the school on a social level, camaraderie is key and the element of fun and social interaction is critical in bringing back all the Old Boys to KES.
The Old Boys association will shortly be detailing a whole host of exciting events that will be happening over the next few months, with the first being our Annual Old Boys Association Golf day where the new vision of the association will be shared with those lucky enough to be there.

26 MAY 2012 – HOME FIXTURE AGAINST ST STITHIANS COLLEGE – OLD BOYS HOME COMING DAY
Calling All King Edward VII School Old Boys!
Saturday the 26th May is our first ever Old Boys Home Coming Day. The purpose of this day is to get as many Old Boys of the school back for the day to come and watch the rugby and hockey against St Stithians and have a braai and a few beers after the game. We also want your families to join you and we will provide jumping Castles for the youngsters so that you can all enjoy some time catching up and renewing old friendships.
Many of our old boys lose touch with the school after leaving and we would like to reacquaint many of you with what is happening at KES. The school is in a great space, we would like you to witness this for yourselves. The 26th May is the Reds last home game of the season and with many of our Old Boys living out “North” we thought that the St Stithians fixture would be the ideal fixture to have our first homecoming day. We also believe that it is a wonderful opportunity to expose your families to the traditions that you all lived through during your time at KES.
There are two reunions happening that weekend with the class of 1987 celebrating their 25th reunion and the class of 1992 their 20th reunion. Please feel free to join us, we will welcome you home with open arms. We also look forward to hosting your families and letting them into some of the goings on at our fine school. Come on Old Boys, please support us and we look forward to your company at our first ever homecoming day.
Sons of this place, let this of you be said, that those of you who live. Are worthy of your dead. Strenue.
Kindest regards
Jonathan Gerber
Chairman Governing Body & Association Old Boys
